Terms & Conditions — MathGap

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the MathGap Android application. By installing and using MathGap, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

Who we are

MathGap is published by Aardhu Market, a sole proprietorship of Thangaraj Sundaramoorthi, registered at Old No. 8/74, New No. 8/86, Ground Floor, 8th Ward, Saptur Post, Peraiyur TK, Peraiyur, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu 625705, India. GSTIN 33BZVPR1695B2ZY. Contact: thangaraj4545@gmail.com.

What MathGap is

MathGap is an educational practice application. It assesses which maths skills a student has not yet secured, and generates practice questions and printable worksheets to work on them. It is a study aid. It is not a substitute for school, a teacher, or a formal qualification, and we make no promise about examination results.

Using the app

You agree that you will not:

Printable worksheets produced by MathGap may be printed and used freely with your own students or children, including in a classroom or tuition setting. They may not be sold, or published as a paid product of your own.

Accounts

MathGap has no accounts and no login. Progress is stored on the device itself. If you uninstall the app, change device, or clear its data, that progress is lost and cannot be recovered by us, because we never hold it.

Purchases

The app is free to install and use. One optional feature — unlimited printable worksheets — is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and nothing is charged automatically.

All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not see, handle or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point. Prices shown in the app are set by Google Play in your local currency and include any taxes Google applies for your country.

The unlock is tied to the Google account that made the purchase. It can be restored on a new device by signing in to Play with that same account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Availability and changes

We may update MathGap to fix problems, add skills or improve how it teaches. Features may change over time. We may also stop distributing the app, though a version already installed will keep working offline.

Liability

MathGap is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
